TecQuipment Temperature Measurement and Calibration TD400
The Temperature Measurement & Calibration Package is a benchtop unit that is designed to enable students to examine the accuracy, linearity, and calibration of eight popular temperature measurement devices. This unit includes a high precision temperature sensor that offers a reliable reference, a display screen that shows the reference temperature, the local barometric pressure, as well as the boiling point of water, an insulated ice box, as well as a guarded water heater tank that enables safe experimentation in the temperature ranges of ice to boiling, with safety cut-outs as well as a water-level float switch, the effect of surface emissivity on infrared, as well as circuits for the measurement of electrical resistance, as well as the working of thermocouples.
