TecQuipment Multi-Pump Test Set

The Multi-Pump Test Set is a self-contained, mobile unit designed to evaluate and demonstrate the operating characteristics of several pump types on one test bench. It includes a water tank, piping, suction, and delivery throttle valves, AC dynamometer, and quick-release couplings for flexible pump interchange. The system allows for close study of both rotodynamic and positive displacement pumps while remaining hydraulically self-contained. Data acquisition is provided via on-board VDAS, which allows pressures, flow rate, torque, and speed to be measured in real time. The unit requires a single-phase electrical supply and a supply of water and supports structured performance testing and comparative analysis across a wide range of pump designs.
