Quanser QBot 3
QBot 3 is an autonomous platform designed to assist teaching and research in robotics and mechatronics. With a two-wheel mobile base, QBot 3 includes all sensors and vision systems required for creating an autonomous behavior. The system covers a complete set of course materials, while laboratory activities are set in stand-alone modules that are easily integrated into an existing course or designed for new course development. The robot also includes the availability of a robust landing platform and a removable cargo tray, enabling the robot to act as an electromechanical prototyping platform for design activities. As an open control architecture, the system facilitates flexibility in navigation, control, and machine learning, in addition to computer vision and multi-agent robotics.
