PASCO Advanced Structures Set

The Advanced Structures Set expands on basic structural kits by providing additional components for constructing larger and more varied models such as trusses, bridges, cranes, and catapults. With included axles, pulleys, flexible I-beams and drive wheels, students can build functional mechanical structures like cars and cranes, and investigate structural forces. The system allows incorporation of load cells anywhere in a structure to capture real-time tension and compression data. This set is designed for hands-on engineering education, enabling learners to experiment with complex designs, measure internal forces, and push the boundaries of structural models beyond basic truss assemblies.
