LD DIDACTIC Smart Grid STE (VE3.5.4)
The Smart Grid STE is a training system based on the flexible STE platform and is designed for teaching the fundamentals of smart grid technology. Using multiple energy sources and consumers, learners can build, measure, characterize, and analyze different power system configurations. A key component is the Smart Power Source, which provides twelve different power profiles to simulate the daily output of energy sources such as solar installations. Through the interpretation of measured data, students develop both technical understanding and communication and evaluation skills. The system operates at low voltage, ensuring a high level of safety during experimentation.
